What is the Mind-Body-Soul Connection really? What does it mean, and how do you actually connect these different aspects?

Mind-body-soul means that our wellness comes not just from physical health, but from mental health and spiritual health as well. The main concept behind the mind-body-soul connection is that we are all more than just our thoughts. We are also our bodies, emotions, intuition and our spirituality … All these things combine to give us identity, determine our health, and make us who we are. 

To be “healthy” not just physically but also mentally, and in order to sustainably release old toxic patterns & self sabotaging behaviors, we must pay attention to all three aspects of our nature.

But most of us live our lives disconnected from our bodies & spirituality, unaware of the effect our mind has on our physical body, mental health & external reality. 
In this workshop you'll learn how to unlock the 5 layers of Self to help reclaim your Mind-Body-Soul connection. With modern emotional & energetic coaching tools, combined with somatic work including yoga & breathwork, you'll get a roadmap from where to start on your healing journey to how to get to a place where you can feel deeply connected to yourself and learn not only to understand but know what you really need and want. 

Opening with a mind-body yoga flow & guided meditation, you'll learn lots of practical tips & action steps as well as the option of booking an optional 1:1 coaching session to answer any questions.

Together we will open a BRAVE SPACE for you: a place completely free from judgment and completely free from trying to steer you in a certain direction. A place where you can dive deep, look inside honestly and feel lovingly supported and held.

In order to give everyone their attention that they need in this special process & workshop, the number of participants is limited to 12 people.



Tasha Terreblanche is a licenced Trauma-Informed Holistic Yoga & Life Coach, who helps women heal & release toxic patterns & past trauma with the help of yoga, breathwork & modern coaching tools, so they can be their authentic & confident selves.

Tasha trained in Yoga, Meditation, Coaching and Breathwork, so that she can help people heal with not only the help of inner-& emotional/energetic tools, but also with the help of modern coaching techniques & somatic healing practices through Breathwork and Yoga.
