What's it about...
Join this one day live, virtual retreat from the comfort of your home, as together we meditate, journal, breathe and move to rebalance, regulate and heal.
In the morning it's time to drop out of your mind, and into the flow of movement and breathing. We start with an activating Vinyasa Yoga session, with meditation, gentle breathing exercises, beautiful flow sequences, playing with new asanas and small mindfulness exercises to start the day with a new energy.
Followed by a morning workshop session, we will flow into the foundations of embodiment, how to drop out of your mind, regulate your emotions and deal with painful triggers, as well as easy breathwork techniques & coaching tools to regulate yourself in your everyday life.
In the afternoon we will delve deeper into the subject of mind-body-soul connection. With mediation, a flow, coaching frameworks and ideas how the breath, yoga and embodiment can support us outside of the mat.
And with live face-to-face workshops, you'll learn:

🔥 Your Blue-print on how to overcome BIG Emotions & Triggers, by rediscovering the power of your emotional body. (PLUS common blocks that arrise & how to overcome it!)
